$1 Billion Dollars in Beer Sales on Sunday? Here's how to Do The Big Game In Boston!
There's lots of great options for hosting a football party at your house.
According to the Beer Institute, Americans are expected to buy in excess of (Dr. Evil Voice) "$1 Billion Dollars" in beer for Super Bowl LIV Parties. How are you spending Sunday?
"As millions gather around their televisions to cheer on their favorite football team this Sunday, there’s one thing we can all agree on - beer is the beverage alcohol of choice for Super Bowl parties,” said Jim McGreevy, president and CEO of the Beer Institute. “Since Super Bowl I in 1967, football and beer have been inextricably linked, and there has never been a better time to be a beer consumer in the United States - with more than 7,000 breweries producing tasty, exciting, innovative products in every corner of our nation. The Beer Institute encourages everyone celebrating with beer this weekend to enjoy responsibly.”
While we aren't usually so quick to quote Big Beer without offering you some food options (this is Massachusetts after all), we did find this infographic interesting. Thank you, our new hoppy robot overlords!

THE BIG DAY - BUST OUT THE VACUUM
Homebodies, shut-ins, and those choosing to invite people over for the grand tradition should show some good old fashioned New England Hospitality. Make sure you shovel your walk and give people instructions on how to park in your neighborhood.
"Cut Ya Nails for G-d Sakes"!
Hey, did you know Posty has all but turned his tattoed back his favorite beverage, Bud Light for the new Bud Light Seltzer? Well, it's more complicated than that, but here is one of the Post Malone Bud Light Seltzer commercials you will see this weekend. Don't tell the Beer Institute, guys! We're team #PostyBar, by the way.
RECIPES
Want to impress your friends that you know your way around a hot plate, a cookie sheet, and a deep fryer? Look no further than our "Big Game" recipes. You need to put something in there besides beer, folks! Otherwise, you risk the weird Aunt or Uncle asleep in the Lay-Z-Boy before kickoff. Don't be that relative. Wait until after halftime to fall asleep. Show some respect.
